HOUSTON, June 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Camber Energy, Inc. (NYSE MKT: CEI) ("Camber Energy" or the "Company"), in independent oil and gas company, today announced that it is delaying the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
On June 30, 2017, Camber Energy filed a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with the SEC regarding its delayed Form 10-K. The Company experienced delays in obtaining and compiling information required for inclusion in its year-end financial statements. The delay in the filing of the Annual Report, and supplemental oil and gas reserves report, could not be eliminated without unreasonable effort or expense. At this time, Camber expects that it will be able to file the Form 10-K within the 15-calendar day extension period provided by the Form 12b-25.
